Plan & design structures according to specifications and safety or sanitation standards: consult with client, plan layout, and prepare drawings using computerized simulated renderings including 3D AutoCAD. Prepare and administer construction contracts. Conduct on-site observation during construction to monitor compliance with plans, etc. Requirements: Bachelor's in architecture plus 5 years exp or Master’s & 1 year experience. |
